Quantum
We are non Newtonian bodies
Though seeming to orbit each other respectfully.
Respecting, to anyone interested enough to observe,
the laws of our gravity, defined by our mass.
But look more closely and you may see the invisible threads knotted into our souls.
For we do not exist
As separate elements, but
points of awareness within a field,
Defined only by what exists between us,
Which is nothing, and everything.
We are, not separate from,
but within relationship.
The bird in flight upon the breeze,
The roaring ocean,
thunderous as it flails itself upon the rocks,
A candle, in a dark room.
Illumination.
The whole, not defined as the sum of its parts, but what remains even when they have been subtracted
Like the memory of love.
We are all entangled.
A candy floss web, invisibly projecting,
Through formless space
Binds dimensions across time,
Condensing into meaning
The threads upon which relationships hang
Within the space that is not
That vast uncertainty
The line not written
The song unsung
There, lies infinity within pregnant possibility, eternity dormant within potential
We are a universe of bodies held together, entangled, woven into the mystery,
Bound by the gravity of our relationships,
A totality of transaction that will forever be changing,
But within which we will remain for all time.
