Jane Myat
Jane was a GP partner at The Caversham Group Practice, in north central London: 1997 - 2024.
Inspired and assisted by the Transition Network, Jane worked with her patients and people, co-founding The Listening Space, a therapeutic garden in the middle of The Caversham that supports a range of gardening, arts, craft, cooking and walking opportunities for patients.
Jane is a council member for the College of Medicine, medical lead for the Circle of Soup, fellow of the Patient Revolution, trustee for the Camden Anchor and a passionate advocate for community-based healing, sometimes referred to as social prescribing.
When she is not busy with all the above, Jane likes to be with her family & friends, swim in cold water, tend to her allotment and occasionally carve a spoon.

Simon Lewis
Simon is a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist working at University College London Hospitals focussing on young people with complex presentations. He led an adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit for 21 years. Simon grew up around primary care, his father was a GP in North London for more than 40 years.
Simon is passionate about the unity of the bodymind in his work and teaching; and how this approach can lead to more collaborative and compassionate doctor/patient relationships. Simon is an honorary clinical lecturer - UCL Medical School, teaches and examines medical students and examined for the Royal College of Psychiatrists for many years.
Simon is the lead for the Bodymind Faculty - College of Medicine, a Trustee for Global Generation, a cyclist and photographer. Most important to Simon is his family.

Hannah Findlay
Hannah is a participation and community engagement coordinator with a background in event studies and a strong commitment to social action and neighbourhood-led change. She has delivered a range of initiatives, from cultural festivals and estate celebrations to digital inclusion programmes and online forums, with a focus on inclusion, co-production, and creative collaboration.
Her experience includes work with IC Works, The Toy Project, and local health and community partners. She recently completed her Level 3 Events Assistant qualification with distinction and was Highly Commended Apprentice of the Year (2025) for her contribution to community-focused work.
Hannah is particularly interested in how events can spark connection, build confidence, and inspire collective action. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

James Jones
Jim (James T. Jones) is a Narrative Ecologist and Principal Navigator at RootSense, where he supports visioning, sensemaking, and action planning within complex social–ecological systems With more than 15 years of experience in UK-based ecology and conservation, Jim’s recent work focuses on socio-ecology and narrative ecology
Having led community and ecological projects in both the UK and Canada—including hedgerow initiatives and rural skills networks—Jim’s practice fuses storytelling, systems thinking, and participatory workshops. At RootSense, he helps organisations and communities navigate complexity and co-create resilient futures.
